Costs
There is NO Annual Fee. Your normal checking account and associated ATM fees will still apply.

Starting July 1st, Visa Gift Cards will No Longer be available to purchase or re-load.

How Does The Just For You Visa Gift Card Work?

For the purchaser. Buy a Gift Card with cash or a check drawn off of your First State Bank checking account just like you would purchase a store gift certificate.

For the recipient. Use it just like a Visa credit or check card for purchases up to the Gift Card amount.

Your First State Bank Visa Gift Card can be used wherever Visa is accepted. Unlike a store Gift Card or certificate, which limits you to purchases only at that store, you can use the First State Bank Visa Gift Card for any gift you wish at almost any store.

First State Bank Visa Gift Cards are accepted worldwide at ATM’s and anywhere the Visa® symbol is displayed. ATM surcharge fees will apply and funds must be withdrawn at an ATM by selecting the “Checking” option.

The Gift Card is a pre-paid, stored value card. The Gift Card is not a credit card. The funds stored on the Gift Card or in the Bank's related stored-value account may not be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

In order to protect the use of your Gift Card, a personal identification number ("PIN") will be required in order to conduct a transaction with your Gift Card at an ATM. Such PIN will be provided to you by the Bank at the time your Gift Card is issued. You should not disclose your PIN to anyone. If the security or confidentiality of your PIN is damaged or impaired, you should immediately notify Automated Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-418-3971.

Unlike a check, which needs to be cashed or deposited, the First State Bank Just For You Visa Gift Card can be used immediately after it's been activated.

You can find out the balance of funds available on your Gift Card (i) at any ATM displaying the Star®, NYCE®, Plus® or PULSE® logos, or by calling a toll-free number.

Fees Associated with Visa Gift Card

Limitations

• Gift Card will expire after three years.
• Gift Card may not be used for more than five transactions per business day.
• Total dollar amount of transactions per business day may not exceed $900.00
• Gift Card may be used at ATM’s displaying Star®, NYCE®, Plus® or PULSE® logos.
• Monthly inactive account fee begins 90 days after card is issued. Any transaction will reset the 90-day count.
